BridgePoint is working with the real estate management team at the American Tobacco Campus in downtown Durham. We serve as owner’s agent for facility related and small construction projects. We are also working as the sustainability consultant, implementing environmental initiatives across the campus. BridgePoint represents the company’s interests with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure all projects meet Blackwell Street Management’s vision, quality, and schedule for facilities upgrades and sustainability initiatives.

Client: Grassroots Biotechnology
Grassroots Biotechnology hired BridgePoint as owner’s agent for its office fit-up in Venable Center in downtown Durham. Our team worked with the tenant from design through construction close-out. We monitored the schedule, reviewed contractor change orders, inspected the work for quality, managed the move from their existing space to the new space, and served as the point person for the owner for the project.
