Greenbridge

Client: Greenbridge Developments

BridgePoint is serving as owner's agent for Greenbridge Developments on this mixed-use project on West Rosemary Street in Chapel Hill, NC. We are working as an extension of the Greenbridge staff overseeing the contractor and design team. BridgePoint is also assisting as LEED Consultant for this environmentally-friendly mixed-use development. Greenbridge is seeking LEED Gold certification and is projected to be complete in 2011.

Grassroots Office Fit-Up

Client: Grassroots Biotechnology

Grassroots Biotechnology hired BridgePoint as owner's agent for its office fit-up in Venable Center in downtown Durham. Our team worked with the tenant from design through construction close-out. We monitored the schedule, reviewed contractor change orders, inspected the work for quality, managed the move from their existing space to the new space, and served as the point person for the owner for the project.

American Tobacco Campus

Client: Capitol Broadcasting/Blackwell Street Management

BridgePoint is working with the real estate management team at the American Tobacco Campus in downtown Durham. We serve as owner's agent for facility related and small construction projects. We are also working as the sustainability consultant, implementing environmental initiatives across the campus. BridgePoint represents the company's interests with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure all projects meet Blackwell Street Management's vision, quality, and schedule for facilities upgrades and sustainability initiatives.

Raleigh Senior Centers

Client: City of Raleigh

BridgePoint is serving as LEED consultant for this city-owned senior center in Raleigh. We are collaborating with the design team, lead by HH Architecture. The Senior Center located at Whitaker Mill Road will seek LEED Silver certification.

Building Envelope Assessments

Client: Wake County Public School System

The Wake County Public School System contracted BridgePoint to review new elementary prototype schools for water infiltration issues. We provided drawing and specification review, as well as field inspections of work in place. As a result of our work, Wake County Public Schools has been able to implement our specifications across the school system, and has become a repeat client.
