Project: Greenbridge, Chapel Hill, NC

Greenbridge is a 216,000sf residential, office and retail building in Chapel Hill, NC with a construction cost of $45M. BridgePoint is providing construction administration for the developers including value management assistance, utility relocation, municipal permitting assistance, change order review, schedule review, site observation, and design and construction issue resolution.

Greenbridge is seeking LEED Gold in 2011.

Sustainability Assistance Owner: Diamond View III, LLC
Project: Diamond View III, Durham, NC

Bridgepoint provided energy modeling and life cycle cost analysis for various mechanical and renewable energy systems for this 150,000sf Class A Office Building. We also reviewed water efficient fixtures, cisterns and sustainable materials to provide a comprehensive list of sustainable options.

Exterior Envelope Assessment Owner: Wake County Public Schools
Project: Elementary Prototype E-21

BridgePoint provided waterproofing and roofing drawing and specification review for one of Wake County Public Schools prototype elementary schools.

Other Projects

Gregg Museum of Art & Design at NC State University: BridgePoint is providing an energy assessment of the museum in an effort to help the Talley Student Center operate more efficiently. BridgePoint partnered with Affiliated Engineers to review the current condition, collect data and assess utility consumption. A recommendation for more efficient temperature and humidity control in the museum will be provided.

Current LEED Projects

Office Building and Executive Center: Designed by Davis Kane Architects of Raleigh, NC, for a confidential client, this 219,000sf facility will house offices, two auditoriums, a café and meeting space. This project is seeking LEED Silver in 2011. BridgePoint is serving as LEED Consultant for Davis Kane Architects.

City of Raleigh Senior Center: Designed by HH Architecture of Raleigh, NC, this new facility will be located on Whitaker Mill Road. The Center will seek LEED Silver Certification. BridgePoint is serving as LEED Consultant for HH Architecture.

Durham County Criminal Justice Resource Center Renovation: Master planning and design by MHAworks, this 13,000sf project is seeking LEED Certified staus. BridgePoint is serving as LEED Consultant for MHAworks.

Wake Forest University Admissions Building: Designed by Lambert Architecture + Interiors of Winston-Salem, NC, this 23,000sf facility is seeking LEED Silver status. BridgePoint is providing LEED consulting support through Trace Collaborative.
