Chapel Hill’s newest urban apartment building is completed. We were thrilled to work as owner’s agent with the developer to ensure this project stayed on track from start to finish. From designer selection to managing the contractor through construction close out. This $17 million urban infill project was a great way to add density and new student housing right in the heart of downtown Chapel Hill. Learn more about our work on Shortbread Lofts.
We worked closely with the Bronto Software team to help them get moved into their new space at the American Tobacco Campus in downtown Durham. We’ve worked with them on several expansions at ATC and are always excited to be called back for new projects. To date, the company has about 50,000 square feet of space and continues to grow. Read more about their project and see more photos on our project page. Congrats on the expansion, success, and recent move!
We are happy to have helped SciQuest move into their new space at Perimeter Park II in Morrisville, N.C. Our team oversaw the RFP process for IT, A/V and furniture, oversaw the contractor, and managed the move.

BridgePoint worked with Blackwell Street Management to complete lighting upgrades to the river that runs through the American Tobacco Campus in the heart of downtown Durham. We worked with a lighting consultant to develop the design of the lighting scheme and select the fixtures to be used in this prominent water feature.
Our team managed the design and construction team to keep this project on schedule and on budget.
