Bronto Software Moves

BCS-Bronto-13We worked closely with the Bronto Software team to help them get moved into their new space at the American Tobacco Campus in downtown Durham. We’ve worked with them on several expansions at ATC and are always excited to be called back for new projects. To date, the company has about 50,000 square feet of space and continues to grow. Read more about their project and see more photos  on our project page. Congrats on the expansion, success, and recent move!

BridgePoint worked with Blackwell Street Management to complete lighting upgrades to the river that runs through the American Tobacco Campus in the heart of downtown Durham. We worked with a lighting consultant to develop the design of the lighting scheme and select the fixtures to be used in this prominent water feature.

Our team managed the design and construction team to keep this project on schedule and on budget.

Our phone number and email addresses have not changed. Be sure to stop by when you have a minute – even if it’s just to take a look at the new space.

Parking Garage Lighting Upgrades

We recently finished upgrading the lighting fixtures in three parking garages at the American Tobacco Campus in downtown Durham. The upgrades will potentially reduce energy use by 76% by replacing the old metal halide lamps with LED fixtures. Our team worked with the lighting designer and Cree, Inc. to replace 840 fixtures. This was the first rollout of the new VG fixtures that are designed specifically for parking garages. Learn more about this project in this case study.
